To best serve your real estate needs, my team and I have developed two questionnaires, each one is tailored depending on whether you are a 'buyer' or a 'seller'. This questionnaire is designed to provide a point of reference for us to begin talking 'as the most difficult stage of any transaction always seems to be 'getting started!'

The questions asked are the same as if we were talking in my office or sitting in your living room, they have just been put on this site for you added convenience. My role as an agent is one of advisor and educator, the more information you can supply me with at this stage, the more support and guidance I can give you in return.
